Munal Overseas services and obligations

Munal Overseas undertakes the contingent search, i.e. the selection and recruitment of candidates for required positions at the organization. Prior to recommending any candidate for a vacancy, Munal Overseas will have assessed the proposed candidate´s suitability at least once in a personal interview before drawing up a comprehensive file (description of the candidate, a copy of the candidate´s personally drawn up curriculum vitae, all certificates, diplomas and other documents of importance for the application). The organization may also act independently to fill the relevant position and bring in other recruitment agencies. The organization has no obligation to enter into an employment contract with any candidate proposed by Munal Overseas. All introduction and applicant details are confidential and are supplied to the Organization on the understanding that the information will be kept confidential and not disclose it to any third party without the Munal Overseas’s prior written consent.

Guarantee of replacement from Munal Overseas

In the following cases, Munal Overseas shall be responsible for the free replacement to the organization within 60 working days of recruitment.

In case the appointed staff leaves the organization before the completion of two months.

Failure of the appointed staff to meet the organization’s requirements; any act or omission of an Applicant whether willful negligent fraudulent dishonest reckless or otherwise.

In case of the natural calamities, urgent emergency leave and inevitable matters.

Munal Overseas will make an arrangement to send the replacement candidates to fill the gap with no additional charges.
